About Me

I'm Petter Tesdal, a computer science student passionate about software development and computers. I am quick on picking up new concepts and good at thinking criticaly. I worked a lot during my studies, both on volunteer work in a student society, a part-time job, and the studies themselves. I prefer working on backend logic and servers, but have extensive experience with vue and Nuxt as well.

I was originally studying to be a constructunal engineer but found out during that study that coding was a passion I wanted to pursue above all else. I found myself coding in my freetime instead of studying construction and ended up deciding to pursue it.

During my computer engineer studies at HVL in Bergen I found out that I do not only have a passion for it, but also a talent for picking up the concepts fast. After a course on operating systems, I also adopted linux as my main machine, and have been using it since. During the studies a lot of different subjects were explored: a lot of web development, backend, computer systems, distributed systems, agile development, functional development, and more.

After finishing my bachelors I started on my masters at a collaborative master program between HVL and UIB.
